T-Shape 2 Body Contouring in Corte Madera & Los Gatos

The T-Shape 2 is an advanced non-invasive body contouring device combining radiofrequency (RF) energy with vacuum and massage technology to simultaneously reduce fat, tighten skin, and address cellulite — without needles, anesthesia, or downtime.

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU

Who it’s for

  • Adults at a stable, healthy weight with a small amount of loose skin, or stubborn areas of fat or cellulite, who want a non-surgical option. The AAD says these people get the best results.
  • People who don't smoke and protect their skin from the sun.

How It Works

Radiofrequency Energy
RF energy heats deep skin and fat layers, disrupting fat cells while stimulating collagen and elastin for firmer, tighter skin.

Vacuum + Massage Technology
Improves circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and breaks down the fibrous bands responsible for cellulite.

Treatment Areas

  • Abdomen and flanks
  • Inner and outer thighs
  • Buttocks
  • Arms
  • Back and bra area
  • Neck and jawline

What to Expect

During Treatment
Feels like a warm deep-tissue massage. No pain. Sessions take 30–60 minutes per area.

After Treatment
No downtime. Stay hydrated to support lymphatic clearance. Mild warmth or temporary redness resolves quickly.

Results Timeline
Improved texture and firmness appear after a few sessions. More significant contouring results develop over 6–10 treatments as collagen remodels and fat is naturally cleared.

Quick answers to questions you may have

How many sessions do I need?
We recommend 6–10 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart, with monthly maintenance to sustain results.
Is this the same as CoolSculpting?
No. T-Shape 2 uses RF heat — not freezing — and simultaneously addresses fat, skin laxity, and cellulite in one treatment with no downtime and no risk of paradoxical fat hyperplasia.

SAFETY

Safety information

Read this before your treatment, and tell your provider about any condition or medicine it mentions.

Who should not have it

  • Pregnancy, an active skin infection, or certain medications: the AAD says skin-tightening procedures aren't right in these cases.
  • Tell your provider first if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, metal implants in the area, epilepsy, active cancer or uncontrolled diabetes, are breastfeeding, or have had recent surgery in the area.

Common side effects

  • Redness and swelling in the treated area, with little risk of other side effects when performed by a qualified provider (AAD).
  • Little or no downtime.
  • Warmth: the device heats the skin to about 40–45°C during treatment, and slight redness or warmth can last a few hours.
