PT-141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a peptide that works directly on the central nervous system to increase sexual desire and arousal in both men and women. Unlike Viagra or Cialis which increase blood flow, PT-141 acts on melanocortin receptors in the brain to stimulate the neurological pathways responsible for sexual motivation and desire.

Who Is PT-141 For?

  • Men experiencing low libido not resolved by TRT alone
  • Men and women with reduced desire from stress, hormonal changes, or medications
  • Patients who want to address desire - not just physical function

How Is It Different From ED Medications?

ED Medications

  • Increase blood flow peripherally
  • Don't address low libido
  • Require sexual stimulation to work

After Treatment

  • Addresses low libido at a neurological level
  • Effective for both men and women
  • Often used alongside TRT or hormone protocols
have a question?

Quick answers to questions you may have

Can PT-141 be used with TRT?

Yes – and it often works best in combination. TRT addresses hormonal foundation while PT-141 targets the neurological desire pathway. PERFORMANCE program members may have it included as one of their monthly peptides.
